news heavy metal the hell
British revelers The Hell has released a rollicking music video for “Fever”. Filmed by DSY Media, the video features everything from choreographed dance routines to gory pseudo-surgical dramatizations.
The Hell have spent the past year on tour in support of their Prosthetic debut, Groovehammer, with appearances at some of the scene’s most notorious festivals (Reading & Leeds, Sonisphere, Copenhell, Groezrock, Hevy Festival) while incessantly baiting music press with their gob-shite rhetoric and cutting social mockery. That hasn’t stopped the band’s infectious anthems garnering widespread commercial airplay by leading BBC DJs Dan Carter and Zane Lowe.
The Hell’s follow-up effort, Brutopia – out worldwide digitally October 30, and on CD and LP on December 11 – is a concept album of sorts, based around a bleak, tragic world riddled with hate, corruption and greed that seems worryingly familiar.
