Aerosmith drummer Joey Kramer’s Rockin’ & Roastin’ cafe and restaurant that opened at Sunday River in Newry, Maine in December 2015, will not re-open next season after closing in April.
Bangor Daily News reports that according to Kramer’s business partner, Ronn Mann, Joey Kramer’s Rockin’ & Roastin’ Cafe and Restaurant closed for the season in April and “we made the decision not to re-open for the next season.”
With floor-to-ceiling windows and a sexy new facade, the remake of popular apres ski joint The Phoenix House and Well, must have cost a pretty penny. Kramer’s business partner Les Otten, former vice chairman of the Boston Red Sox, could not be reached for comment. Was the message of this cafe/bar/music club/restaurant too muddled?
