At Geronimo Studios in New York City in May of 2014, legendary producer  Bob Ezrin added the final touches to the new Hollywood Vampires album. That final touch was recording the legendary rhythm section of Neal Smith on drums and Dennis Dunaway on bass guitar to the album’s anthem track “School’s Out”/“Another Brick In The Wall”.

Neal and Dennis of course are founding members of the original Alice Cooper band and co-wrote and recorded their 1972 chart climbing monster hit “School’s Out”. This pair of Neal Smith autographed drumsticks are the actual sticks he used in this Hollywood Vampires recording session. Appearing on the song alongside Neal and Dennis were fellow legends Alice Cooper, AC/DC vocalist Brian Johnson, Aerosmith’s Joe Perry, Slash, and Johnny Depp.

As a footnote; on “School’s Out”/“Another Brick In The Wall”, Neal was playing his vintage chrome Slingerland drums, his same exact drum set that the original classic summer hit “School’s Out” was recorded on in 1972. The sticks are in studio played used condition. As a bonus, Neal has included an autographed copy of the Hollywood Vampires CD. A Neal Smith signed Certificate Of Authenticity (COA) is also included.
