FLOTSAM AND JETSAM / SHADOWS FALL Drummer JASON BITTNER At Work With New Side Project COCONUT DONUT

Flotsam And Jetsam/Shadows Fall drummer Jason Bittner is working with a new side project, rock/funk/blues/soul band Coconut Donut.

A message from the band: “For more than two years, Coconut Donut has been at work, completing an original album of music. We have collectively invested a lot of time and effort into the project, fuelled by the enthusiastic desire to bring the music to life, and the encouragement of an amazing group of friends.

“Although some of us have not even met, due to living in different states across the country (California, Colorado, Connecticut and New York), we have written and recorded an album of new and refreshing, listener and radio friendly, songs. We know, without a doubt, that everyone who hears the album will enjoy it.

“The entire album is recorded, mixed and mastered, and ready to print. We are now seeking resources to make Musically Delicious (CD title) come to life, we have an excellent promotional and advertising plan in place, that includes multiple states, and platforms. As has been true all along, we cannot make it happen without the help and support from our family and friends. That is why we have started this gofundme page.

“All contributions will go directly toward the printing of the CD, and promotion of the album. A contribution of $10, or more, will entitle you to a copy of the CD when it is printed.
