Former MÖTLEY CRÜE Frontman VINCE NEIL "Uninvited" To Perform At Donald Trump's Inauguration

On November 18th, The Guardian reported that former Mötley Crüe frontman Vince Neil and his band was slated to play at Donald Trump’s presidential inauguration in Washington DC on January 20th.

“The promoters asked if I was available, and I said yes,” Neil said. “So we sent all of the band’s passports to the Secret Service so everybody can get in, and all of the crew people, not knowing who was winning. But we were already scheduled to play. I don’t know how long I have to play. I don’t know if the Republican party says which (songs) to play and what not to do. It’s a little ways out. I’ll have more information as time goes on.”

Lated that day, Neil posted a video stating that is NOT performing at Trump’s inauguration event, and according to TMZ “it seems Vince was pretty confused about who asked him in the first place.” Check out the clip below.

Rolling Stone Australia recently published an article written by Henry Rollins, who offers some hard hitting thoughts on Donal Trump being elected as America’s next president, urging Australians “do not follow.” An excerpt from the article is available below:

“I don’t think there will be anything in 2016 that will match watching Donald Trump become the 45th President of the United States. I know you might not believe me but it’s true; all I could do was laugh. The sheer level of insanity that America has set out for itself has turned the country into a reality show the size of a nation.

President-elect Trump’s victory by a considerable margin should be a heads up to the entire world that all the things that you might find objectionable about the USA, from the hegemonic overreach to the 24-7 bellicose posturing, will be not only more pronounced, but possibly the most visible aspects of not only the country’s foreign policy but its domestic one as well. Leading American white supremacist and ex Imperial Wizard of the Ku Klux Klan, David Duke, wanted Trump to win and he got it. All non-white, gay and Muslim Americans have been green-lit.

What happened over a period of several months, ending in a gripping few hours, will change the course of American history, and might have enough momentum to affect world events. Not only is Trump a danger, his Vice President, Mike Pence, is an extraordinary dipshit.

As a friend and fan of Australia, I warn you to stay away from the USA for quite some time. It is not the place it claims to be. It is good advice to heed the wise words of Maya Angelou: “When people show you who they are, believe them.” The USA has chosen Donald Trump. This is who we are. You really don’t want a piece of this. I don’t.

America just tied a rock around its neck and threw itself into a river. Do not follow.”
