Austria’s #1 hard rock band Sergeant Steel has recorded a new single with legendary producer Michael Wagener (Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, Alice Cooper, etc.), set for release early November.
Not long ago, Sergeant Steel recorded their upcoming single at Tone-Art studio in Vienna. Wagener travelled from Nashville, TN to Vienna,Austria to produce the song.
Sergeant Steel did record a cover version for the first time. Listeners probably will be surprised, because the original song is not a typical piece of rock music. But for sure the formation plays it in their very own style, which means “Aerosmith meets Queen meets Rainbow” in particular. The track will be available in early November via download and streaming platforms.
Sergeant Steel’s current full-length record Riders Of The Worm was released globally in November 2015. It features guest appearances by Mark Slaughter (Slaughter) and Kane Roberts (Alice Cooper). It was mixed and mastered by Michael Wagener.
