Zakk Wylde of BLACK LABEL SOCIETY recently talked with Levi Clay of Guitar Interactive magazine about being on the road; the future of BLACK LABEL SOCIETY; and how he writes new songs for the band. He also gave Guitar Interactive a runthrough of his current guitar gear and briefly talked about his own range of guitars and amps under his new brand Wylde Audio. Check out the interview in three parts below.

Wylde, who was previously sponsored by such companies as Gibson, Marshall, Dunlop and Electro-Voice, tells Billboard.com: “It’s beyond an honor to have a signature anything. I still have great relationships with those companies, just like with Ozzy and [Osbourne‘s wife/manager] Sharon. I still love them, and you still talk to your folks, and you still hook up with them on the holidays.”

Wylde says that there are plans for Wylde Audio to include “everything down to studio plug-ins with ProTools. Headphones. Anything you can think of audio: cable, strings; we’ll be involved in that.”

“Catacombs Of The Black Vatican” was released in Europe on April 7, 2014 via Mascot Label Group and one day later in North America through eOne Music.

BLACK LABEL SOCIETY amicably parted ways with longtime guitarist Nick Catanese and replaced him with Dario Lorina (LIZZY BORDEN).
