XANDRIA Announce 2016 European Festival Dates, Issue Recap Of Asian Tour; Video Available

German symphonic metal act Xandria have checked in with the following update:

“On July 16th you will find us in Borgentreich-Manrode (Germany) for the 2016 edition of the Fest Evil festival! Be sure to be there in time to enjoy the festival’s happy hour (from 17:00 – 18:00) which will get you right in the mood for our show!

In September of 2016 we will finally make our debut at Eindhoven’s very own FemME event, the steadily growing female fronted metal happening in the Netherlands.

Come and join us for our compensation show after we were forced to cancel at this year edition due to some injury in the band. Reporting back after our debut Far East tour…

So flattered we are, after our return yesterday. Back home sweet home, we are just realizing what a special trip everyone over there made this for us. Our first Far East tour (we did play Korea way back some years ago, but did not do a full tour, so this was our debut tour over there) was a blast and everyone who attended, everyone who helped made this a special journey to remember.

Indonesia gave us a superb Asian welcome and definitely some heat at our Bogor debut! Taiwan did show the perfect hospitality and a raging crowd at The Wall Live House. And – our new friends in Taiwan even filmed a little rockumentary the day we were playing Taipei. Have a look at the short movie below. A dream came true when we went to play Japan for the first time and both, Osaka and Tokyo, will definitely not have seen us the last time. We are set to return soon. China – wow, these kind people in front of and behind the stage(s) gave us the real Asian treat and brought our Asian tour into perfection. Thanx so much again, what a fabulous finale to a grand 2015!”
